Hotel de Rosny is a downtown establishment with eco - friendly values.
To preserve our planet, we have put in place :
- geothermal heating and air conditioning – which works with deep drilling – supplying our system with cold and warm water, all year round
- our parking is equipped with solar panels, to provide lighting in the evening
- we use low voltage lightbulbs since the 80’s
- we use an energy saving system in all of our rooms, thanks to a power saver mecanism equipped with a card reader, since the 90’s
- we have 2 charging stations for electric vehicles

As a future project, we plan on making a hotel extension with photovoltaic roofs, to provide it with solar energy.

Our lovely city of Tours has a tramway for a means of public transportation, which we often suggest our clients use during their visit of the city.

Furthermore, our staff is available to help you find your way to the Congress Center Vinci, the SNCF train station, Exhibition Center (with a car circuit), the « Vieux Tours » (old city), the Saint – Gatien Cathedral, The « Beaux Arts » Museum, the Saint – Martin Basilic, the CCCOD, the movie theater, as well as many shops and garden (one of them being a botanical garden with animals), a large variety of excellent restaurants ; all being nearby, so you can either walk, take the tramway, or even bike your way to your destination…all you have to do is pick whichever you prefer! You also have the possibility of going all the way to the closest castles by taking the gorgeous « Loire à Vélo » circuit.
